Hi, I’m Ashling.
I’m a child emotional wellbeing educator and the author of the Sam Emotional Wellbeing Stories.
I began writing these resources after noticing how difficult it can be for children to make sense of confusing adult behaviour. Many children feel responsible for things that were never theirs to carry.
My work focuses on helping parents understand the hidden emotional experiences children often struggle to express.
